Vegan+Gluten Free+Zero Waste breakfast

Vegan, gluten-free, zero-waste smoothie breakfast bowl for three cool chicks.

SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

  • 2-3 frozen bananas

  • 1 pineapple

  • 100-200 ml almond milk

  • Ice cubes

-> blend it together.


FANCY TOPPING


Ingredients:


⇨ fresh package-free goods:

  • Banana

  • Kiwi fruit

  • Figs


⇨ BYO cotton bags and shop bulk (unless you have very strict gluten intolerance, then really packaged products are your only option)

  • Gluten free granola

  • Chia seeds

  • Shredded coconut

⇨ choose recyclable, glass packaging:

  • Honey

  • Cinnamon


The rest is simple. Place your favorite ingredient on top of the smoothie, be creative, make your own design, admire it, take pics of it and don't forget to enjoy it. 💚💚
